Service Policy

Article 1 (General Principles)
① The Decop app operates the service based on this operating policy for consistency in service provision. Decop members must check, agree, and comply with the following operating policies, and please be careful not to be restricted from using the service due to failure to comply with the operating policy.
② This service operation policy is subject to change if there is a reasonable reason, and the change will be notified through the notice seven days before the application date. The changed operation policy will take effect on the application date announced.

Article 2 (Requirements for payment of points and digital assets)
The company will pay digital asset tokens and points to its members if they meet the following requirements, specifically as follows.
"Points" are free payment points paid by events and company policies in Decop services and points charged by members used as a means of payment when registering for design on-platform and converting NFTs.

[Getting points]
① Reward points for app participation
Decop points' accrual policies are calculated and paid on the basis of Decop's own policies on which payments are based.
Depending on the promotion policy you participated in, the point payment date, the accumulation rate, and the maximum amount of points you can accumulate may vary.
     1. When signing up for an open event membership: 10,000 points automatically paid (for 3 months at open time/token conversion x)
     2. New membership compensation: 10,000 points automatically paid (first time/not applicable to re-registration after leaving/token conversion x)
     3. Design registration compensation: 100 points automatically paid
     4. 10 rewards for design registration: 5,000 points paid
[Digital Asset Token]
① Additional payment of Polygon matic 0.02 when signing up for membership
② Only points received as rewards can be exchanged for tokens.
(100 points = 1 decop token, token exchange is possible from 1,000 points / cannot be converted into points after exchange)

Article 3 (Using Points)
① The company pays points to members who meet the standards for paying digital points.
② Points can be used within the Decop app.
③ The points purchased cannot be transferred between members.
④ Points that have not been exhausted in the event of account deletion (membership withdrawal) will be extinguished immediately after account deletion (membership withdrawal), and points that have been extinguished will not be re-paid even if they are re-subscribed after account deletion (membership withdrawal).
⑤ Points will be deducted for design registration and NFT conversion.
(Deduct 3,000 points for design registration and 500 points for NFT conversion)
⑥ Design registration fees may change depending on affiliation.

Article 4 (Point validity period)
① The expiration date of the points applies only to earned rewards and rewards points.
② Points paid free of charge can be used for two years from the date of issuance.
③ Points will automatically expire after the expiration date.

Article 5 (Restrictions on the Use of Services)
① Activities corresponding to reasons for restriction of use
     * Where it is intended to impede the normal use of services by installing/spreading programs such as malicious codes and viruses, or to steal members' personal information
     * Provide information or methods to obtain other people's works through illegal channels
     * Create content that includes other people's personal information
     * When subscribing to or using services by stealing/decealing other people's personal information, accounts, and devices
② activities that are obscene and harmful to juveniles
     * a description of excessive body exposure or obscene behavior
     * Acts that are likely to significantly harm the sexual shame of the general public with provocative and abhorrent sexual expressions
     * Create a photo or content that looks disgusting and frowned upon by the average person
③ Other restricted activities
     * If the user leaves after confirming that he or she is no longer willing to use the service

Article 6 (Type of restriction on use)
① Restrictions on actual service use
     * In the event of a Article 5 reason or violation of the terms and conditions of use, the use of the service will be limited or limited temporarily and permanently.
     * Inadequate content contrary to this operational policy may be restricted from service exposure, and the use of services or accounts may be restricted depending on the number of actions and the severity of the issue.
② Restricting Re-Subscription of Services
Re-subscription after withdrawing from the service is limited for 24 hours.
     * In order to prevent members from taking economic benefits such as event benefits provided by the company or other illegal activities such as name theft by repeating withdrawal and re-registration after membership, the company may restrict members from re-registering.

Article 7 (Recall and Refund)
① In the case of transactions (unfair transactions) contrary to relevant laws or company policies, the points paid in advance may be recovered.
② Reward points earned through participation in the app, etc., are not refunded non-cash.
③ When you withdraw from the membership, wallets including DCT tokens and NFTs acquired through the use of the service will be extinguished, and the company will not compensate you separately. Before termination, you must transfer your digital assets to another wallet.
④ Points charged by members upon withdrawal of membership are refundable. When withdrawing, the refund will be made only when the charge point is 5,000 points or more. At this time, the refund will be made after the credit card company's payment fee, in-app payment, and other service-related expenses are deducted. The refund will be returned to the refund account you entered. However, the balance may not be refunded if you withdraw from the membership due to restrictions on use. When withdrawing, the refund will be made only when the charge point is 5,000 points or more. The refund will be made by the means that the payment was made. However, the balance may not be refunded if you withdraw from the membership due to restrictions on use.
⑤ Points not refunded before withdrawal will automatically expire.

Article 8 (Cancellation of Point Payment)
① Charging cancellation or refund is not possible if 7 days have passed since charging points, or if you have a history of using points.
② The expiration date and refundable period of the charged points are limited to one year from the time of payment.

Article 9 (Service Dormancy Policy)
According to the Enforcement Decree of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection, if you do not use the service for the following period, you can cancel the use contract after destroying or separating personal information.
① Keep your personal information separate if you don't log in for a year
② If you do not log in for five years after storing your personal information separately, you will destroy your personal information and cancel the use contract

Article 10 (Disclaimer of Service)
① The registered design source is not stored on the server; however, cloud storage is supported.
② The company only performs encryption on the original, and is in charge of issuing a registration certificate by registering and verifying the resulting hash value on the blockchain.
③ The company shall not be liable for damages caused by reasons attributable to you or if there is no reason attributable to the company.
④ We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the original image.
⑤ Removing the app will eliminate all previously registered design content and issued registration certificates, and a subsequent reinstallation of the app will not restore previously registered design content and registration certificates. Please keep this in mind. The company is not responsible for any responsibility in this regard.
⑥ Backup and recovery is a service that the company provides for secure data management for users, and the company is not responsible for any problems that arise during the backup and recovery process.
⑦ The recovery feature only allows data from the last backup date, and data backed up before that is initialized. The company is not responsible for any problems that arise.
⑧ Decop Service only supports the transmission and storage of DCT (MATIC) tokens and Polygon (MATIC) tokens. Members may not send or receive any tokens other than DCT or Polygon tokens through this Service. All activities related to this are beyond the scope of this Service's support, and the Company shall not be liable for any problems arising from this.
⑨ It is recommended to use one device. Logging in from multiple devices at the same time can cause unexpected problems, so if you log in from another device, log out of the previous device and use it.
⑩ You are solely responsible for any errors or problems caused by routing Android devices or jailbreaks on your iPhone. The company is not responsible for this.
